What do you suggest me….31 years old male…no clue of marriage…! Not in a state of mind to continuously chant switch words…

Also had started the 70 day program but left midway….I am telling you all this because I know you take into consideration the state of mind while providing solution.

Something like you suggested above would be good…like writing on a paper and keeping with me and reading once.
